    Took my phone to ...

    Took my phone to Black Apple after using Mobile Cellutions. Found out I was missing several screws as well as gaskets. Then to top it off now my phone is ghost clicking icons making it unusable. If you want more problems then you went in with then surly check out Mobile Cellutions

    The guys were nic...

    The guys were nice enough. However, they were not very professional. It took a week for my phone screen to be repaired because of back ordered part. This is understandable, but some correspondence and/or updates would have been appreciated so I didn't have to keep physically going there to check. Bottom line, the work got done for a decent price, but the customer service element is lacking.

    This business wa...

    This business was recommended to me after my iPhone had succumb to water damage. I left my phone with the guy, was told to come back numbers times and wasn't ready (extremely inconvenient!). When it was finally ready he showed me the unrepairable phone from behind the counter and didn't even give it back. I was in the process of moving and contacted him once settled and was only then told of his 90day abandoned phone policy. WHAT?! Now I'm paying for a phone I don't even have. Not happy

    I received incred...

    I received incredible service today at Mobile Cellutions! Thought my phone was un-revivable, but to my delight John persisted and fixed it. As it didn't need any replacement parts, he even gave me the service for free, regardless of the labour he put into it. I'll definitely go back:)
