We are pleased with the service, with one exception: when we exchanged our initial purchase for an upgrade, we didn’t think we should have to pay both a pickup charge and a fee for the second delivery

Had to purchase a electric recliner on short notice for a medical situation; store was very understanding of the need, and found one in the warehouse for us. Much appreciated helping us out on short notice with family member patient care.
Purchased an extended warranty and when the fabric began to peel were advised the store has nothing to do with the warranty and then referred to the warranty company who came and saw the peeling and said that it was defective material but Laz Boy stopped making the material so they would not do anything. Dont trust the store and their extended warranty they dont stand behind it
