    We were very sati...

    We were very satisfied with the painting of our house by Milano Painting. When the weather cooperated, they worked nine hour days with very few breaks. The workers were courteous and hard working. They touched up every surface that needed a little more paint on the stucco. They left the area clean after every work day. They went the extra mile by moving my shed. I would strongly recommend them to paint your house.

    Great experience ...

    Great experience with Milano Painting. They have painted for me and for my extended family for the past 10 years. Always clean, on time and we have been very happy with their work.

    My experience has...

    My experience has been completely the opposite. Over the pst 5 years, I have used Milano Painting a half dozen times in my rental units. They have always done efficient and high quality work at a fair price. They also have gone the 'extra mile' to fix things when needed. I plan to use them again this summer for two jobs.

    Highly unreliable...

    Highly unreliable! I had arranged with the owner to do some interior painting. We agreed on price, colour, and schedule. Then the day before the work was supposed to start, he bailed on me! Even worse, he didn't have the integrity to tell me staight up - he just stopped returning my phone calls. Unless you like gambling with your reno project, I suggest you look elsewhere.

    I understand customers frustration he claims that we broke the contract and that we are unreliable.. but there is two sides to this story. We had agreed that customer was to remove cabinet doors and remove old laminate attached to the kitchen cabinets (due to the fact that the old laminate was cracked and it was impossible to paint). Two days before start date customer called and told me that he was not able to do it due to the fact the cabinet guy did not show up on scheduled time. He was to replace the front door so we could paint, that also was not done. He then told me just to paint over the cracked laminated kitchen cabinets I told him that he would not be happy with the quality of painting if we paint over the cracked kitchen cabinet laminate
