    Worst possible cu...

    Worst possible customer service you can imagine. I booked a cleaning for my apartment they were supposed to come at 1:30 no one shows up so I phone them at 2 the lady has the audacity to tell me that I didn't book with them it must have been another company (funny that other reviews say the same thing) I had a 2 minute call log with them from the day before so I know it was the right company. Lady actually threatened to phone the cops because I said I was going to give her a bad review.

    Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional!

    A half an hour after the team I hired was supposed to show up, I called the office to see where they were. First I was told they were running behind at their last cleaning job. Over half an hour later, another girl called me to say that the team scheduled to clean my house got a flat tire on the way there. The girl I talked to never did confirm another time to show up, just waffled and made excuses then told me to find someone else and hung up on me!

    Absolutely not re...

    Absolutely not recommended. Started out as a decent quote then exponentially grew. I had to hire another company to clean immediately after. Very unprofessional in management skills.

    Do not recommend....

    Do not recommend. I originally booked West Coast Maids for 10am and was told that there would be 2 cleaners for 3 hours for a move out clean. At 9pm the night before I received a phone call asking if they could come by at 8am instead and that they would bring 3 cleaners for 1.5 hours. I agreed and was at the apartment to meet them at 8am. Shortly after 8am they called to say that they would be late and they finally arrived and started cleaning around 8:50am. The cleaning was supposed to be 1.5

    Beware of this company

    Please, please, please read the BBB report for this company and view yelp.ca displayed reviews and filtered reviews. Especially the filtered reviews. This company operates under West Coast Maids and Starbrite Home Cleaning. Buyer beware!
