It was nice service. We got the reference from our previous house owner and we are happy with the service. Booking an appointment onine was easy and convenient. The winterization was done as per scheduled date and time. Response to email is pretty fast. The phone lines are busy though.

Naiad Irrigation hasbeen managing our irrigation needs ever since our yard irrigation system was installed eight years ago. The annual blowout is scheduled by appointment and the crew arrives on time and goes about their work without any direction from us. we also have them return in the spring for an inspection of the system and have them adjust or upgrade any heads that are not working up to standard.

Naiad Irrigation Systems is an excellent company. We have used them for many years to maintain and service our irrigation system. And I love the reminders they send for booking appointments. I would highly recommend Naiad Irrigation.

Naiad sends a reminder in late summer so I do not forget about the fall blowout of my sprinklers. They then allow me to pick the week I want and send me reminders as it gets close. They do an excellent job and don't if I follow them around to observe and ask questions. Excellent company!
