Hello Megan, Though you do not list the name of your friend, based on the provided details, we assume you are speaking about a recent client to our salon. We want to reiterate, as we did to this client, that we treat our clients' concerns with the utmost care. To wit, your friend was offered a complete resintallation of her extensions, free of charge, in addition to monetary compensation. After declining elements necessary for the care of her extensions, we offered these elements, free of charge, upon her resinstallation. Finally, your friend was promptly reimbursed, for the full amount of her expenditure. We feel these actions are in line with Plush Salon & Spa's sterling customer service reputation.
