Renewed my drivers license here. When my license came there were notes reminding people to register to be Organ donor....either online or at a registry office. Went back to the registry and asked to register to be told they cant. Said I need wait 5 years to my next renewal or i can go on line and print and mail. They dont ask on renewal and they forgot their password to get in to allow people to register. Considering the demand for Organ and tissue donors this is unacceptable. Registry ha

Every time I come here, they always give me a hard time, and are not open to listening or working with me resolve to my issues. They just shut me down and cause me to jump through hoops just to get what I come here for. I've wasted so many hours during the times that I've been here. Each time I hope that the next representative will be nicer, but they all end up being rude. No smiles, no attempts to be polite or understanding. If you can try and go somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

Terrible, rude and even disrespectful customer service agents. Also, after charging a premium for everything else they even have the nerve to charge you to use their debit machine to pay. UPDATE: I just stopped in here again. I should know better but they are just so close to my house. I tried to renew my drivers license and had about $300 in fines. Absolutely terrible customer service. The Asian lady who is consistently there at the front desk is unbelievably rude and insulting to multiple customers. Would highly recommend going elsewhere unless you want to deal with digruntled employees.

Worst ever.... First they cancelled my road test as nobody informed the examiner who came late after doing private business..... They postponed the road test to next day.... The examiner failed me however I'm driving safely more than 12 years (zero accident) coz I was doing my test on my fancy car, and promised to pass me on the next time.... Greedy cheap people.... Never go there
