Not happy with these guys, i signed 1 year contract, and paid unfront, a year later they decided to come back on their own and started billing me 500$..

Complete waste of money. Their products barely work , horrible customer service. Unethical company that just wants to make money off the contract and do nothing!!. We initially signed up one year contract only which was switched to auto-renewal and this is two years back. Last year we specially asked them not to service our property... they came on their own and serviced and sent a bill.
