I called the car audio section of the store and they told me to come stop by so that they could take a look at it . Stef , one of the car audio techs was super accommodating , fixed my issue instantly , not only did he fix the first problem he installed my second sub I bought for my car in the same day . After multiple attempts at trying to get Visions to fix it, I took my car to Audio Link. They fixed it the first time and haven't had a problem since. I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded.
