I had to get a small moving box to pick up some goods purchased. The manager of this location went out of his way to ensure I got just what I was looking for and make sure everything was ready for the perfect move and I was very impressed on how customer friendly they were. RJ

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

Once again I have need of a truck rental. Last year I approached Cheryl McRoberts at the 170 Barton St E office and she went over and above my expectations! I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish. She completely took all of my worries away and I was able to concentrate on my business. I don't have to second guess where my future rentals will be sourced , if Carter's has a truck I will get it from them(Cheryl!). Thx!!
