I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I had a totally wonderful experience w/ these people & I'm v. grateful. I'm a Toronto woman so I was not familiar w/ the roads up here. On this mid-Nov night fresh snow started coming down. I was leaving from a retreat & I got caught, past midnight, on an uphill. I was fortunate to call these guys. Exactly 45min later, as advised, their wonderful friendly driver Andrew showed up. By then, more snow had fallen & w/ his guidance I was able to turn the car around. He was so kind & helpful! TY guys!

Thank goodness we found Greg. We lost a wheel while driving and he was able to get our car safely to a mechanic. Not only did he deal with our car, he also helped us return a compactor we had rented. You can imagine how grateful we are to him.
