These guys pulled my new car out from ditch and towed it to have accident reporting done, then helped me get a rental car delivered to their storage lot without a wait at all. Finally my car was repaired to perfect at Concord Auto Collision. Communication top level. Would def recommend thanks.

A HUGE thank you for helping my son and I out of a snow bank after a minor collision in the snow storm. My car got stuck in a ditch in the winter. I didn't have to wait long until they arrived. The service was professional and friendly. As a mom with two young kids, it was very reassuring especially in a situation like this. I will definitely call them again next time!
