What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic.

found a pipe leaking underneath the bathroom sink early in the morning, turned off the shut off valve, called a friend to fix it and still continue to leak. called Encore told the receptionist my problem and was very receptive to my problem. Booked an appt. to come and Dostin came to fix the pipe. He was very professional and pleasant ,job well done .And fix ,placed the pipe the way where it's supposed to be..will definitely call them again. Highly recommended .They also warranty there work

2 guys came in to look at a leak under the sink. Took the time to explain what was happening and repaired it. While they were here had them look at the bathroom sink which was done by another plumber and couldn't figure out whynit leaked. Took them.2 seconds to see that the crimp was not strong enough and fixed it without charge. I would recommend over and over again.
