The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.

I have been taking my dog Sasha here for the past 12 years. The service and quality of care for your furry member of your family is to the upmost highest standards. I wouldn't take my pets anyplace else if I'm out of town. Have recommended to friends and family, and will continue to do so. You will not be dissapointed. 5 stars!!!

Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.

Our family love Gayle and her team They treat every fur baby like their own!! :D And our dog Tiki loves going to the puppy spa!!!He walks out of there like a proud dog, AND HE LOOKS FAB!!! after his grooming with Gayle!! thanks so much PFT you guys are so amazing to the pet's and their handlers!! LOL ;) Best place in Oshawa and the staff are wonderful!!! :D 5 Star for sure.

Wonderful and accomadating service. The shop was clean and provided a great relaxed environment. My dog looked terrific and was not stressed out. Very caring groomers, I highly recommend them.
