River Valley did a wonderful job for our house final grade top soil. They helped with getting the approval. We get them to do our landscape as well . Their work was professionally done, prompt, delivered what was agreed upon, provide professional advice, easy to talk too, transparent in their quote, know what you paid for and helped me to work within my budget. Aaron and Jon Landscaping did a major landscaping project on our property, installing a cut stone patio/walkway in the backyard, a level island on a sloped front yard featuring large rocks and treed vegetation, as well as totally replacing the front lawn. We found the staff to be extremely polite and considerate. The work was done in a timely manner, and we are very much enjoying the final product. We have recommended this company to our neighbours and to our relatives. Great job!

Last month Sid and his crew replaced a faulty French drain. The old drain was not draining and was constantly getting plugged.
Sid did an initial assessment, discussed the different drain options, fabric options, and how it would be done. A week later they were on site going at it.
Sid and the crew kept me informed along the way. They left no surface damage, respected the neighbour’s property and put up safety tape and markers overnight.

Jim at Skyland Landscaping helped me get a house that had failed final grade for 10 years to pass in 2 weeks. I had hired other landscapers but only he was able to understand and fix deficiencies pointed out by the city.
He has a "don't pay till it passes policy" that gave me the security to go ahead and use his services. That promise is something you won't find in many landscaping companies.
I recommend Skyland Landscaping without hesitation.
