I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I recently had to purchase my skin care products from the Bay Clinique counter. The gift-with-purchase was ending and I tried at Markville with no luck the service was not the greatest. I called JASMINE KAUR and right away not only did she answer but remembered me from my previous visit. She was polite, patient, and very courteous. She processed my order right away and I received it yesterday with a couple of additional goodies. I have purchaseBay for over 30 years is was the best service!

I purchased some chairs from this company that did not wear well. Within a day of my reporting the matter to Brian, he contacted the manufacturer and requested that I send a photo of the damaged chairs. I did so and within a very short time received a message that the faulty chairs would be replaced and shipped to me at no cost. Brian was prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating - I was very impressed with his service.

Everyone is always so attentive and never leave you without being helped properly. If someone can't answer a question, they get on their walkie-talkies and look for someone who can. Great work everyone! Oh and the plants are great too! ;)

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
