I'm not sure what this other person spoke about. I had been behind in my taxes and Deirdre was able to go through the rats nest of papers I had, figure out what needed to be done, and even get me a refund. She explained what was being done, what could be claimed and what couldn't. I will go back to Deirdre again and again, and tell everyone else they should too.

5 Stars does not seem like a high enough rating! They deserve at least 10 and more! Ken made what I thought was a very stressful situation seem like a walk in the park. He helped us get approved for a number of tax credits that we were entitled to after initially being denied by the CRA. Their pricing is very fair and they are wonderful to deal with! They have a customer for life in us and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
