Eric at Altis was friendly, reliable and had clear communication. I felt a good sense of trust.
He installed a ring doorbell for me and explained all the features including risks. He even helped set up the Ring app. In addition, our fan light was out and it was a complicated process to figure out the LED bulb that needed to be ordered. Eric offered to help, contacted his supplier and will be back to install it!
Overall very happy and would recommend Eric as a trusted professional!

I had four 4K security cameras and a security doorbell installed by ACN Technology. Their installation and expertise were superb. After enjoying the excellent quality of the system, I required more assistance in tweaking it to my preferences. To my delight and at no additional cost, Feroz and his technician came to my house a few days later to personally assist me. What we learned was that in the US this vehicle is sold with a backup camera and no heated seats but in Canada they opted for heated seats instead of a backup camera.
