I was in a situation of a difficult location to get an inoperative car out of that did not run, did not roll easily and had two flat tires. The driver went out of his way to recover the car, load it and deliver it without a complaint. They put in that extra effort we all want but seldom get. Use them you will not be disappointed.

We had our BRAND new truck towed because the dealer never gave us a second set of keys (back ordered fob) and the dispatch and driver were amazing to deal with. The driver was professional and courteous. He arrived when he said, and contacted me when he successfully dropped off the truck I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. We had called Jim's Towing in the evening and were able to get them out to move a shed the following morning. Very impressed with their service. Doug from Jim's Towing assisted with this. This was a huge shed and extremely heavy. After already having a different company out who said they couldn't do it, Doug had the shed on the flatbed by himeself! KUDOS! We would definitely use their service again!
