I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. After going other places, took my mother-in-law here to get hearing checked. The service was excellent and the Audiologist here really knew her stuff. Treated comfortably and no heavy sales pressure.
