I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. From start to finish I have been very impressed with his service and also his prices.

My family Physician referred to see ENT Specialist. I had trouble hearing for last few weeks. At Dr. Sky’s clinic I found out that my appointment is after two days. I requested the doc’s Secretary. She understood my agony and discomfort and asked me to wait if David has time. Doctor David found out that Wax problem was so intense. He took his time and kept working on till resolve it without any pain. He showed me the inner state of my ear on monitor. It was great learning for me. Amassing!

I knew I have a hearing loss for sometime now and I when to Hearing Aid Central to check my hearing. The staff was very forth coming and helped me get my first pair of hearing aids. I wish I would have done it sooner! Julia and the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.
