I called and got in the same day no wait although you probably need a reservation. Everybody was incredibly friendly and polite. Dr. Sinclair was very kind to me and my cat. I was given 2 options for my cat's care which I really appreciate because I like to wait and see before heading into any procedure. I'm super impressed by this clinic! Highly recommend.

As much as I would like to keep this to myself so the whole city does not line up for blocks, I have to say that Dr. Basha and his staff are 2nd to none when it comes to patient care. They are kind, patient, informative and go the extra mile to make sure you and your fur babies are looked after! We have brought our girls Mylie & Hannah here several times and they love visiting Dr.Basha! Prices are very reasonable and service is outstanding. Try them! Simply the best!

When we are going to daycare and I tell my dog that she runs and gets her leash and is ready to go. They are great people, they love all the animals and take a lot of care while baby-sitting them. The staff at this clinic are absolutely amazing!!! They are always happy and excited to see my cat! They even saved a stray from the brink of death that a co-worker of mine adopted and the aftercare for the animal has been nothing short of amazing, I highly recommend this clinic if you and your pet want to feel like family and not like a file.

They also offer grooming and nail clipping at a reasonable price.
My dogs run to go in and are exhausted after a day of playing.
They take photos and some videos so you can see what happens when you leave them
