I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I was pleased with the salesman in the Newmarket store. The bed was delivered in a timely manner and the young delivery men Ryan & John were great. They were polite, helpful, quick and efficient. I would definitely check JR’s first for any future furniture purchases.

I have had excellent service and advice from Old McDonald's. A family business can provide advice on appliance brands based on real world experience. For example, which brands have little or not service support in the province of Ontario. They also offer extended warranties which are transferable to new owners! Delivery and set up of a new fridge was exemplary.

I was referred to this company by my friend, who has 2 mattresses from them. Well, I called through the phone, since I am not from GTA. After a pleasant conversation, where I explained what I wanted, I got my mattresse on a week!!! And it is awesome!!! Never had a better experience!!!Highly recommended!
