Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .
been there again - good customer service - pretty satisfied .

The staff is great and real helpful, my experience was great. I liked a frame and they took thing nice and smooth through they buying experience. Had the frame with me in 3 business days. Thanks Vision Express for my new look.
