I didn't buy my bike from Oak Bay but they have been the reason I have been able to keep this bike on the road, They have been more than helpful! I have never bought anything off them more than a tube or chain oil, yet they answer and help me with every question I have! My only complain with Oak Bay Bikes is that they do not sell Terratrikes:( Sad but true) best service on the island and they dont sell the bike I ride:( sometimes it sucks to be a low rider, but other than that I cant think of ..

Cycle West is a family run company. Owner Simon Cicen has been working in the bicycle industry for over 30 years.
Great bike shop. Used to ride by it all the time too and from work. finally decided to check it out. They have a great stock of bikes and everything else. Nice friendly people running it and they do all the service things too, like tune ups. I also found out they sharpen ice skates in the off season. I plan on coming back for my bike repairs and my hockey skates. One stop shop...

I have been riding electric scooters for 10 years and i would recommend Kgeez Cycle to anyone interested in going Electric whether it be an electric scooter requiring know license or and electric limited speed motorcycle. Glad we have a shop in Victoria that knows what their doing. Awesome Job Kelly.

I went in with a break problem and they handled it right away...when I asked to pay they just said come back when you need something...they will get all my bike business from now on...this is how you get and keep new customers!!!

Fairfield Bikes did for $325 including taxes work that Oak Bay Bikes told me would be $600. And Fairfield was apologetic about how much it cost! This is definitely the shop for recreational bikers.

What a great business! I needed a donation for a recently arrived refugee child from the Ukrainian and these guys stepped up immediately. A beautiful reconditioned Schwinn which she rode to her school interview the next day. Thank you Russ Hayes staff. I will continue bringing you any decent bikes I can donate as well and tell others to do any business they can with you.
