I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

Did a head gasket job on our young son's 4Runner three winters ago. Our son was living alone in Revy and the head gasket was a very big problem, is several ways. Well Tom, the owner, took care of it. I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. I am so thankful for their kindness and explanation of the real work that needed to be done and making me safe on the road once again. Thank you.
