Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. These guys operate with honesty and integrity, and I'll be back every time I'm in need of service!

Awesome experience! They were shortstaffed and one of the owners happen to be on site and he stepped up to give a hand so customers weren’t left waiting! I was so impressed! Plus if you’re having another change right now to celebrate the new ownership with every oil change you get a free pair windshield wipers and they’re very nice whole season ones! Driving our vehicle back to Ontario. Stopped in to have the oil checked. The guys at this shop were so polite and professional. And honest. Our oil looked “beautiful” and we received a top up. Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)
