I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

Only good things to report here. Dropped vehicle off and told them the problems. They told me to come back and pick it up at 5. Came back everything was done including complimentary cleaning! The price was almost a hundred bucks under what was quoted. No complaints. I'll be back.

I went over there to fix the oil leak on my 2003 Suzuki XL-7, The mechanic on site diagnosed the problem within minutes and had my new oil pan installed that day. They also changed my differential fluid for my 4x4 at a low cost. You really can't go wrong for $50 an hour service, It's half the price of anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
