For dessert, kids will love the adorable marshmallow peeps and build-your-own sundaes while grown ups can tuck into vanilla mille-feuille, carrot cake, and other sophisticated sweets.

Throw on your finest Easter bonnet and head on up to the 15th floor of this iconic downtown landmark to indulge in a traditional English tea service, which runs from 12:30 to 3:30 pm on Sunday, March 27. Elegant tiered towers will be adorned with dainty finger sandwiches, buttery scones and pastel-coloured Easter sweets from the in-house pastry shop. Guests will also receive handmade chocolate eggs that might contain a special prize.

The resort’s all-you-can-eat Easter Sunday brunch features an assortment of sweet and savoury options that’ll please visitors young and old; highlights include smoked and candied salmon, lamb, eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles and much more. Rumour has it the Easter Bunny himself will even make a special appearance to lead the scenic mountaintop Easter egg hunt.

Come Easter time, the civilized tradition of afternoon tea gets a seasonal spin with some special springtime offerings. From March 25 to 28, the upscale Alberni Street tea salon will host a classic three-tiered Easter Tea service as well as a hearty Easter Brunch Tea featuring scrambled eggs with caviar and other savoury breakfast items. Kids can even attend their own whimsical Mad Hatter’s Tea Party featuring petite platters topped with tiny sandwiches and fresh scones served with caffeine-free teas.

Dockside Restaurant

Guests start with a selection of warm baked breads, fresh salads, international cheeses and house-cured charcuterie before moving on to cooked-to-order egg dishes, grilled salmon, slow-roasted prime rib, or brown sugar and Dijon-crusted ham. You’ll end on a sweet note with cheesecakes, tarts and ready-to-dip cookies, fruit and marshmallows at the Swiss milk chocolate fountain. Be sure to reserve your table in advance; 10:00 am or 1:00 pm seatings are available.

The three-course prix-fixe menu begins with a welcome basket of hot cross buns followed by a diverse range of sweet and savoury dishes inspired by Jean-Georges’ greatest hits. Appetizer choices include avocado toast, roasted beet salad, oysters and steelhead sashimi. For the main course, diners can opt for brioche French toast, eggs Benedict topped with beef short rib or smoked salmon, or a vegetarian quiche. Rhubarb cheesecake, assorted truffles and chocolate fondue round out the exceptional menu.
Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar

The crowd-pleasing buffet includes fresh-baked pastries, colourful salads, artisanal charcuterie and fromage, bite-sized desserts, and a variety of classic breakfast options (bacon and scrambled eggs, French toast, eggs Benny to name a few). A special kids’ menu with cheese pizza and chicken fingers will help keep the picky eaters happy.
