I have had several negative experiences here, and my doctor works here (he is not Dr. Elli). I usually end up leaving feeling worse than I felt before I went in there and that should not happen. A word of advice to everyone, especially those with any mental health issue or brain injury (I have a brain injury): Do not come here, you will be told you are too difficult for them to treat even if you are there for the flu! They are judgemental and will use whatever excuse they can not to treat you.

Substandard. Its frustrating to know tax dollars are going to this place.

Rude doctors who make you leave feeling worse than you felt when you went in - this clinic is a disgrace as they are rude to patients, like to gossip about patients (I have heard it happen), and have doctors who make comments about the patient (you, to your face) being there too often (even if it is for a legitimate reason (and the comments are rude). I have had this happen to me and because of that I refuse to go back there. I would rather suffer out the problem home instead of coming here.

Worst treatment of patients I have ever seen, complete lack of respect and consideration. You would think that they wouldn’t ask someone who is in for losing their voice from an infection to repeate themselves and speak up. The doctor is completely dismissive and cuts you off in the middle of explaining your symptoms. On top of all this they close whenever they feel like it, up to 3 hours before their posted closing time, leaving patients without care.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The dr we saw went above and beyond to help our needs. The wait time was long but it’s flu season and a walk in clinic so that was expected.

TERRIBLE!! horrible front desk workers, the doctors are very judgemental. I had the worst experience ever at that clinic and would never go back there even if I was dying. I was soo displeased with the service and their doctors attitude: don't go to this clinic

The girls at the front were very rude , and when I got in to the doctor to ask for stress leave because I am a mess, and can't not stay at work he flips out at me and tells me that it's not his problem and to go see someone else and flicks a note at my face for one day when I asked him for 2 weeks. Will never go back there they take everything as a joke, to have your mental health joked about it not funny ,will never go back there even if it's the only place open

Front staff girls a rude and inconsiderate dr.eric Eli has made me leave crying on two separate occasions he dosent listen, will laugh in your face and is just very mean. I've called and complained but to no avail.

Receptionist was the most inconsiderate person that I've ever met in my whole life. Doesn't have simple compassion for people or even basic medical knowledge. Would suggest a sensitivity course to make her more pleasant towards clients.

Generally very good service. Most of the doctors really listen to you and help you as best they can.
