Highly recommended! We are beyond pleased with the work that has been done. Very knowledgeable and explained every step of the way, making sure we knew what was being done and why. Work was completed in a very timely manner, while making sure not to compromise on the quality of the work or the level of customer service provided. We will definitely be using their services for any septic issues we may have in the future, as well as our regular septic maintenance.

Don't use these guys. Bad work and poor service. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Stay away from this company

Took him over 2 weeks to come check my system. When he did he said it didn't look two bad but would have to dig. Took another two weeks to do that after calling him repeatedly. Finally showed, he dug a couple holes, filled one with water and said my system was gone. Gave me impression it would cost $20,000. Called another guy and got it done for 10,000. This guy charged 500 for the 5 minutes work he did. Guess it's how he makes his money, charge you 500 for inspection and quote high. Stay away.

didn't show up for 2 appointments-unprofessional

Made 2 appointments and they didn't show up both times. After the second no show I was told that I'm not as important as a $10,000 job and he'd come another time. I thought that was rude and didn't want a runaround so I called someone else. When A Septic Solutions finally found time to see me I let them know I had called someone else which I then was given attitude and the phone call ended.

We had called other companies and they booked us and never showed up. Called Septic Solutions and they came right away AND was the cheaper price. Recommend this company to everyone. Great friendly service!!

Pleased with work

We found company to be very obliging in helping us out on a holiday when we had septic problems with three children in the house ; had system fixed for a reasonable cost and we were very pleased. Company offerered 10 year warranty - very good service. We recommend their service to anyone.
