Took my cat in, who normally takes shots well (3 vets, two provinces). In each case, she hisses once and thats it. This time, they used a dull needle. The cat screamed in pain, which was erroneously dismissed as nerves. This is not normal Siamese vocalizing - it was a scream. Sometimes doctors miss, it happens. But then, they did it again and when this was raised to the vet was a sharper needle ussd. Also tried to refuse providing updated rabies tag. For our pets safety, we will not return.
