Très mauvais service. Avec des telephonistes sans aucun respect.

One of the drivers of this company insulted me, accusing me of being “mentally messed up”, “naive”, “weak” and many other things, because I was taking a taxi to somewhere relatively close, instead of the airport. He refused to give me a ride, and would rather drive away than getting paid. He was waiting outside of Novotel Hotel Downtown in a small black viehcle.

Dishonest driver!!

Dishonest! When we got to airport from Best western Valle Marie, the driver told us his meter was broken. He tried to charge $45 but the maximum at a busy time is $40. His car number is 5197. I will report him for dishonesty!

Called for a van ...

Called for a van from Marriott Chateau Champlain on May 31 to airport. Upon arrival driver said standard fare was 40 dollars but we should take care of him because of luggage. I thought it was very inappropriate to ask for more money, we were already going to give him a 5 dollar tip. I come from Montreal and I wonder how many other visitors he gouges for more money.Taxi 3363 never use your company again. Very bad representative of Montreal hospitality.
