Always friendly, very professional, fast and very knowledgeable individuals. Their team worked really hard over the last two weeks and got me behind the wheel of an outstanding F-150 truck of the year! I cannot even say this is my dream truck as it is FAR beyond that! Any time I have any questions or concerns about my lincoln that I bought at this dealership they always take care of it for me. The staff here is incredible, and they take great care of the mkx they sold me 3yrs ago. I store my tires with them, have them do all maintenance on my car and am always 100% satisfied with the level of personal care and service I get here from all the Departments! I highly recommend this dealership

No service at all I waited on the line 11minutes to talk to parts to be told parts departement not answering, not even a apology nothing!

Dealership doesnt care about customers. Causes only stress

Ordered new Ford SEP-2016 & was told 6-8 weeks delivery. Arrived 17 weeks later (end of JAN)! Dealership said in NOV-2016 that I would be without a car at most 1-2 weeks, so I sell current car & they offer me a loaner. I then have huge difficulty reaching anyone & get no car. I later find out my calls were being avoided when I called from a different number & got through! I expressed my frustration & was told I would be compensated but finally they didn't care. AVOID DEALERSHIP & AVOID HEADACHES

Great service, efficient people

Went in yesterday for an oil change. Great service, free coffee, Wifi, multiple comfortable sofas and armchairs to wait in, and a shuttle service if service/repairs are to take more time. I recommend using Ford Gabriel's services!
