Overall experience is good and specially thanks to Harleen who helped me to process the OCI application.

The staff are very polite and very helpful. I did spend a long time trying to submit documents for a business visa. It was not the fault of the three ladies that work there. The requirements changed and the website is not updated. In fact I noticed that the three ladies who ran the office were actually there before the office opened, did not take a break and worked through lunch. I was there from 7:45 am till 2:00 pm. None of them stopped. They were extremely polite with everyone. Thank you.

If there is a need to feel frustrated with making a simple contact to get work done, BLS is a one stop shop. The treatment one gets in order to make any visa service cannot be worse. I would encourage any BLS employee to try avail the service incognito and feel the pain themselves.The Gandhian way is the only way to fix this endemic problem.
