Sushi is one of the hottest foods in the Greater Toronto Region, a reflection of our multicultural heritage and inclusivity. So, when Sara opened Kogaeni in 2002, she knew she had hit upon the perfect restaurant idea. Her background in the restaurant business taught her many valuable lessons, such as being flexible with food orders, making sure customers are satisfied no matter what the situation, and designing an atmosphere that’ll make people want to come back again and again.
