I went to Voula's for the first time because I didn't want to wait an hour to get a haircut from First Choice next door. I made a mistake of going to Voula's without checking how much it costs for a regular hair cut. I didn't like how they didn't listen to what I want. I didn't want my hair to be washed and blow dried because it costed more, it was raining and I recently washed my hair. I would come back if only they listened to the customer.
