If you want to live in a building that has plenty of black mold, fire drills, dogs barking, elevators that haven't worked in over 6 months, people who carve all over the elevators, and building managers who just don't care than this is the building for you. The laundry facilities are run down and don't wash or dry properly. The pool is in poor condition with way too much chlorine. Even the hallways and lobby look shabby and run down. Yes some of the apartments have a nice view. But that is all this building has going for it.
