I've been here tons of times...I love it here...admittedly both the food and the service have their ups and downs (but what restaurant doesn't) The thing I love about this place is that the owners truly want to make their guests happy. They are constantly striving to be better...and if you are unhappy for a valid reason...they will do everything in their power to make it right. The last thing anyone at East Side Mario's wants is to see anyone of their guests leave unhappy. It's a family vibe...the staff is treated like family, and the guests are treated like family. Our experience tonight was impeccable...the service was speedy and the unlimited salad was flowing. We never had to ask for anything. Our dishes were cleared immediately and every detail was tended to. We had the both the owners by the table to welcome us back...and the regular staff all let us know how good it was to see us again! We felt comfortable...like we were at a family reunion. Do yourself a favour...go to East Side Mario's! And go often...for all the great food we had: 2 huge adult entrees that come with UNLIMITED SOUP OR SALAD and bread, one kids meal (with a bottomless beverage, a toy and $.99 dessert upgrade), a beer, and a dessert...for less than $60...YOU CAN NOT BEAT THAT! And we brought food home we were so full! Go! Mangia!

This restaurant goes above and beyond to make your dining experience perfect.Our children are spoiled from the time they walk in the door,to the time they leave.Endless bowls of salad are brought without even asking for more.Our drinks are always refreshed before we're even finished.The food and service is fantastic!The owners are always on hand, helping out the servers and kitchen staff and greeting guests at the table.Keep up the great work!

I eat here often. The food is almost always good (one time had a problem with food, only put two small pieces of chicken in my pasta, but returned it and was fine). However, the service there is hit or miss. The last time, the server spilled a water on my girlfriend, gave us the salad and bread at almost the same time as our main course, so that we couldn't enjoy the meal, and they would run around not seemingly knowing what they were doing, and then on top of all that overcharged us on the bill.

Horrible experience! It was lunchtime and 8 of us on our work lunch break arrived. The place was pretty dead. The hostess asked if we had reservations. We said no and he rolled his eyes and sighed...yup...he did! Then we placed our order and it took forever. The philly cheese steak sandwich that my buddy ordered was the culprit, but not his fault by any means. The restaurant ran out of sausage buns and had to go get them!Seriously?! Again...we are on a lunch break and don't have much time. All of our orders were up, but placed under heat lamps until they got the sausage buns. All of our meals were hard and stale at this point when we got them. Then the server handed us bread rolls but that's the same bread some of our sandwiches were made from! Needless to say, we were all late for work and livid! Absolutely unacceptable! I want to call the manager and inform him/her of this experience, but really??..what would it do? Probably nothing. I don't want any vouchers or anything from this restaurant. The office will simply not be giving them our business for our lunch meetings nor our personal outings with family and friends! I do not recommend this restaurant.

1st we ordered drinks, they served his first and mine about 5 mins later. Then we were both supposed to get our salads with our meals and he only got one, so i asked if i will be getting my salad and she roled her eyes at me, like i was asking for way too much...then about an hour later we got the rest of our food. The thing was it wasn't even busy, so what if it was...then what....was really dissappointed!!!
