We traded two Giant Sedona for two Giant Cypress. We experienced knowledgeable customer service and fair trade in allowance. Sales person was very friendly and interested in ensuring we chose the right bicycle. We recently returned for the spring tuneup on the bikes and found the team welcoming and very attentive to our needs.

Owner is very rude and disrespectful. I went in to get a wheel trued since they are very close to my work I thought this would be a great new shop. I was wrong the owner is very disrespectful did not appreciate they way he spoke to me because I did not have top of the line stuff. After leaving and discussing how dissatisfied I was with a few employees I realized no one I worked with had anything good to say about him and none of them would give him business anymore. Overcharged and rude.
