Initially, everything was fine. I enjoyed Dr.Novak (so did my kids) and the hygienist. From the beginning, I requested to be sure everything is covered under my insurance to avoid surprises. When a problem surfaced it was apparent that there was a lack of communication, follow-through, understanding, kindness and desire to help from the admin staff. It was very difficult to get to talk to anyone above, and when I finally did Dr. Librach also displayed a severe lack of customer service skills
