Always fast and friendly sales and service with prices that are hard to beat. If you have questions after the fact then John has the best follow up service I've seen as well ...thanks John ..coffee or tea is on me.

Recently decided to take action on my iPad air which needed a new battery. I was given a price, and was told it might take up to three hours. Was surprised to receive a text at the end of one hour, and was able to return and pick up my iPad. Staff were friendly and encouraging. Thank you. It is working well.
I was looking for someone to provide computer repair in St Catharines. I did a beginner mistake and over wrote my hard drive with Linux (completely deleted my computers operating system and all my data).
This was my work computer with 3 years of non backed up work on it. After calling around even though JTG Systems were the furthest I chose them after looking at their previous reviews. They were a life saver! Not only did they repair my computer, but they got all my data back that everyone else
took my 2012 macbook pro in to get a new hard drive, price was awesome & it was done in a day! also needed to get my mouse pad fixed, took it in and picked it up in the same day! the guys there are super nice and easy to work with. definitely will be going back in the future.
took my cell phone in for repair the tech was very friendly and after talking to him about issues he knew what the problem was and did a great job fixing phone and was a great price.

I broke my LCD screen on my laptop and messaged John. He was quick to respond and he fixed my computer in a day! The prices were very fair and I appreciated that! I would highly recommend JTG Systems to everyone I know!
I was recently referred to John at JTG Systems to resolve a thorny problem involving an encrypted hard drive. Because he is a computer genius, John was able to deal with this issue overnight and I was back in business the very next day, all at a very fair price.
John has won a loyal client and in future will be doing all servicing of my computers.
Terrible customer service, extremely long wait times. The most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced, owner makes excuses for his mistakes and refuses to admit that he has made an error.
I drove from Whitby which took me 2 hours to get here, I was referred by another happy real estate agent who has used JTG Systems before. John was professional and helped me on the spot. I would highly recommend him and JTG Systems to everyone I know for computer help.
Took my Macbook Pro to him with a keyboard issue without appointment, helped me right away. Very happy with the service, John knows his stuff and was very courteous and straight forward. Very fair price too. Will use his services in the future.

Worst customer service experience ever. Staff is unprofessional. "Office" is basically a messy dorm. Tried calling and emailing 7 times in one day with ZERO response. Couldn't even find the issue after 7 day wait... One of the worst business experiences I've ever had.
That review is false, no one waits 7 days. We offer same day service. Our customer service is #1 in the industry. You can also TEXT this # for a faster response. Thank you and have a great day.

Worst customer service ever. Honestly took the 2 months longer than the 3 days I was told. Didn't give me my cords back. Was told to drive to St. Catharines and when I got there no one was working that day. Atleast 50 of my calls were ignored and the my system came back with a new face plate that was unbeleievably scratched everywhere. And he apparently lost my mint face plate, 4 screw covers, and my 10 foot hdmi cable. I warn you don't go here under any circumstances!!!
