I would like to know what kind of customer service representative you have? I went there this morning before 11am to have a blood test and I was declined because was appointment's only and she was training some one Even do wasn't no one on the waiting room. You have a hard time to book an appointment Less than 2 week's this is discussing, they wasn't doing anything and told me take this and call tomorrow to see if we have walks in. That's discussing you lost 2 patients.
