4500 Taxi

I've used this taxi company on several occasions always has amazing service, driver and dispatch are always very friendly. Definitely my go to taxi!

I called the manager she said it was fine that they drive my husband because he works 3 nights a week and doesn’t know the area I told him this that his manager said it was ok he still refused to book us even though I said I will call back closer to the time he works he said he didn’t like my attitude when I asked him why he had a problem driving us he hung up in my husband and I 3 times and completely refused to drive him to work we were giving them business 3 times a week $100 he was abusive

I was a regular for 8 years and I am today at 1:30 pm on July 31st. I am DISGUSTED WITH THE DISPATCHER WHO TALKED TO ME WITH SUCH AWFUL DISRESPECT THAT I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN.

Tonight the dispatcher service was horrible, I had to call twice tonight asking for a taxi, the first time he confused the address twice and had to correct him, waited for 15 minutes and no taxi, called again and he was angry at me saying the driver waited infront of the building for a while and then left (the whole time I was outside and didn't hear or see any taxi), he argued with me for about a minute and then said that he sent another taxi, 15 minutes passed by and nothing.
