Should not be in business, Arrogant, Incompetent, Lethargic, greedy, coward are some of the the word that could describe his conduct. He is one man business, with contact center hired to do his monitoring. They dont even know/care about escalating the alarms and engaging authorities if you are not near your phone or in case of emergency. And this guy would sever his contract when you try to question his abilities. Does not even have a decent sys. It took one hour to call me second time in emerg
