This company has terrible customer service!! I too was told that I was going to be sent a replacement to items that were very poorly made and ripped on the first day. And 2 months later I havent heard of received anything at all and no one is responding. The original store is now telling me I can return it to them because its been too long!!! I am very upset, I cant believe that their products are still being sold. Beyond terrible! Stay away from their products.

They do not respond to my emails. Missing parts and I can't talk to anyone. Just terrible. Costco should stop selling their products.

I have left over a dozen messages for this company and have not received a rerurn call. I was told an item would be sent to me based on a warranty. It has been two months and I have received nothing. This company does not reply to messages. Absolutely horrible.
