Extremely disappointed with the company. Rented the apartment in Woodstock under the assumption that Tricar was going to continue to own it, but as soon as the new building was operational, Tricar sold it to Realstar and its been horrible. Constant letters in our door every week about construction, things we cant do, renovations in the parking lot, etc. WAY too many rules and interruptions in just daily living. Upscale place and yet it feels like a prison. Management lady is condescending.

1) last two years the infestation by crouches increased. 2)last two years couldn't use the balcony May -October because of repairs: dust, noise of drills, other inconveniences 3) couldn't have a relaxing day off ( Wednesday) for the same reason: noise and dust. 4) never was suggested any compensation for the inconveniences 5) the interior repairs are of a very poor quality, the contractors have low qualifications . Nobody followups their job 6) price is too high, unjustified.
