    They didn't pay attention to what I asked for and ended up causing further damage to an item brought in for repair. Avoid this place.

    An item was price...

    An item was priced at $500. I had an old ring that I brought in to trade that they valued at $60. So I gave them the ring and payed the remaining $440 on my debit card. The person I bought it for didn't like it and so I tried to return it. They repeatedly refused to give me $500 in store credit, saying I was only entitled to $440. The owner was belligerent and insisted that I didn't 'understand' the situation. Unreasonable, disrespectful, and sheisty ... don't go there
