My family and I wanted to send our support and love to my sister and nephew in a tangible way that lasted throughout their stay at Toronto General. The colourful bounty of fruit and snacks in the Royal Fruit Basket raised their spirits and sustained them. We were heartened to be able to reach out from Manitoba and make a difference for them. An excellent experience. Leo was great customizing the basket over the phone with me. Delivery was quick and flawless. The basket was beautiful. Comment from the recipient: "A huge fruit basket just arrived. It is so beautiful and has totally stunned me! It means SO much to me!" I chose Adelaide based on Internet reviews, and am extremely happy with that decision. Especially appreciate their followup that the basket was successfully delivered. Will definitely use them again.
A heartfelt 'thank you' to Leo and his group for providing such personalized and amazing customer service. My aunt was apparently delighted with the basket, and was able to enjoy the wide variety of fruit, cheeses, crackers, spreads and sweets. I was especially pleased that Leo could make substitutions and a few changes to accommodate my auntie's needs. It was a big hit at the convalescent home!
I can't tell you how impressed I was by this service. I was wanting to send a fruit basket to friends in a very specific situation. The people at Adelaide were both accommodating and creative. I was most appreciative of the trouble they went to for me and would highly recommend them.
