Horrible, horrible dealership! I wrote a review on Google. Big problems with a jeep I purchased from there six months ago!! Heard very bad news from other people who purchased cars from there. One young girls engine is half done! Please go somewhere else to shop!! Horrible, Horrible. No free oil change, for me like they said. They also asked me to take down my review!!

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR from ICAR THUNDERBAY, I regret trusting them, now I am going to be out an additional 1500$ to repair the paint, when I am already overpaying for the car I got. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR IT! THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IF YOU FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR YOU BUY FROM THEM

Awful. Went there knowing exactly what we wanted; a 2017 Subaru Outback. Took the vehicle for a text drive and I fell in love with. So, we put $200 deposit on it. The salesman actually tried to take out $2000 down payment then before we had any financial approval/support for the payments. I said no, we would wait until we had approval from the bank. Get a call from him today. Car was already sold when we test drove it. I don’t think there’s any communication there. Or. Someone offered for money.

Great Experience from Doug and Gene. The new managers are awesome and they really do care. This place has come a long way. They worked out a sweet deal on a Ram 1500 for me and they knew their stuff.
